Privacy Policy
Thistle Estates Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and processes personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We collect only the information needed to provide our sales, lettings, management and surveying services — such as your name, contact details and property information — and never sell it to third parties. Data is shared only where necessary to deliver our service (for example with conveyancers, referencing providers or contractors) or where required by law. You may request a copy of the data we hold, or its correction or deletion, at any time by emailing Enquiries@ThistleEstates.com.
Complaints Procedure
We aim to get things right first time — but if you’re unhappy with any aspect of our service, please put your complaint in writing to Thistle Estates, 1A King Edward Road, Moseley, Birmingham B13 8HR, or email Enquiries@ThistleEstates.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and provide a full written response within 15 working days. If you remain dissatisfied after our final response, you may refer your complaint to The Property Ombudsman (for agency matters) or RICS (for surveying matters) free of charge.
