What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday 9am–5:30pm and Saturday 9am–1pm. Out-of-hours viewings can often be arranged by appointment.
Is there parking at your office?
Yes — free short-stay parking is available on and around King Edward Road, a minute from Moseley village.

Tenants of managed properties should call 0121 256 2561 — the line carries emergency instructions outside office hours.
How quickly do you respond to enquiries?
We aim to respond to every enquiry within 24 hours on working days — usually much sooner.
