How long does an appraisal take?
A typical visit takes 30–45 minutes. We’ll then confirm our valuation in writing, usually within one working day.
What’s the difference between an appraisal and a RICS survey?
A market appraisal estimates the price your property would achieve today. A RICS survey is a formal inspection of condition and value — we offer both, through Thistle Surveying.
